Neither political parties, nor others, including President, are not in position to exert pressure on the Central Election Commission, Ombudsman of Kyrgyzstan Tursunbek Akun told reporters today.The Ombudsman said it is necessary to allow time for the Central Election Commission to tabulate the final results of the elections.
